Models, Photographers, Designers, Make-Up Artists, Hair Stylists

By accessing our website, you agree that you will not use our website as a means to create new and separate contacts with the models, photographers, designers, make-up artists, and/or hair-stylists without prior discussion.

Any conflicts of interests with federalstudio created by Clients will result in immediate stop of service to Client. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Obtaining a model’s contact information through federalstudio or after using our services and contacting him/her and using the model for your own benefit outside of federalstudio
-Requesting the photographer to take photos outside of federalstudio
-Obtaining a make-up artist’s/hair stylist’s contact information through federalstudio or after using our services and contacting him/her and using make-up artist/hair stylist for your own benefit outside of federalstudio

We reserve the right to refuse service, our products, and/or access to the Website at any time to any Client or User.

Copyright and Ownership

All the services and products provided and produced by federalstudio completely belong to federalstudio. Any misuse or disagreed use of the products provided (mainly “photos”) shall be subject to copyright laws. All photographs, images, digital media, and pictures belong as intellectual property of federalstudio.

When providing such photographs, images, digital media, and pictures to you, you agree to utilize them according to our terms. This is to protect our company image and the models, photographers, stylists, and make-up/hair artists that we work with.

You may not resell such photos, images, digital media, or products provided to you to a third party. Doing so will subject you to reproduction laws and copyright as according to Federal and California law.

If you access the Website and services from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
